Remodelling the Mint

"The Royal Mint has awarded a £2m turnkey contract to Poole based Parkegate Engineering Consultants, for the conversion and upgrading of the melting, rolling and blanking facilities at their Llantrisant South Wales works.

This conversion will lead to a significant increase in the overall productivity of the plant and will achieve major operating cost savings, with improved product quality.

Parkegate is a specialist in the supply and modernization of narrow strip rolling equipment."
