In 2005, Parkegate acquired a majority shareholding in the KCS Herr Voss (UK) Ltd company. The acquisition of KCS Herr Voss complements our existing business and adds new specialist process line products to our growing portfolio.
KCS Herr Voss, as the UK's leading manufacturer of quality engineered solutions for the metals industry, provides design, manufacture and installation of process lines and equipment to suppliers of ferrous and non-ferrous strip on a global basis.
